Great gym with all the equipment you need in order to get an effective workout. Everyone has been super friendly at the gym and it's an encouraging environment. Definitely recommend!
Nice compact gym. Friendly staff and economical plans. Do not expect much from the setup. Get in - workout- get out. They have a small changing room and a shower area to accommodate one person which I think is good enough but cramped if more than 2 people come in at the same time. Having a changing area is in itself an advantage so in this case it's still better than other gyms nearby.
I have been working out here for the past 3 years now. adequate space and the right equipment. hands down the best gym in that area. If you don't like the gym I will pay for your subscription. .

The gym is in good location, The Equipment's are updated one and the Best is there is FISH SPA. I will recommend every one.
All things are positive in this gym. Good location, lively atmosphere, new equipment, and knowledgeable trainers. The only drawbacks are that the locker room is tiny, morning group mostly engages in a lot of gossip and chit chat which is more suitable at a tea stall not a gym, and lastly use of cell phones must be prohibited inside the gym because it disturbs everyone trying to focus on their workout. It as I said that the positives outweigh the negatives and I would certainly recommend this gym to friends and family. Cheers!!!
Good spacious gym with all modern workout facilities. The trainers are knowledgeable and cooperative. Great environment and well maintained. Located at one of the prime spots;easily communicable from all parts of the city.For the price ;surely a bang for the buck. Less... Another best part is parking lot. Which is totally hassle free.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
I have been working out here since February, 2021. My experience is really good. The owner, the trainers I must say their behaviour is really good. In some of the gym the trainers generally ask for a personal training, but in AR fitness they never do
