Brought a chest of drawer and coat, both damaged during transit. Chest of drawers development crack due to unseasoned teak wood used.Promised 10 years warranty while purchasing..but no response after several follow up. ========== Update ========== Got a call and from Living Roomz and promised a replacement & Waiting. Will update the review. ================ 30-Jun-22- Update ================ Defective furniture is replaced as promised, though it took some longer time due to pandemic and other reasons. Very friendly and assuring. They will address any of your queries and give assurance of their products. I had many questions as I am from Trivandrum and couldn't really see the product myself before getting them. They send me photos and videos of the product enquired and I was satisfied when I went to pick those up. You can save a lot here and get what you really pay for. I tried many other outlets in Nellikuzhi and this and Living rooms stood out.

We approached Living Roomz Furniture for a custom made wooden tray and tissue stand to go with it. We received the end product earlier than expected. The product quality was amazing! The wood finish was simply perfect. The color, the texture everything was spot on. LRF exceeded all expectations. We recommend LRF to anyone who is looking for fine products.
