Gilroy at Liveinlean is the best fitness coach amongst the ones I have ever worked with in the 7 years that I have been in Goa and before in Bombay! He guides you with the variations for exercises based on your expertise and fitness level and also focuses on nutrition as much as on the workouts! My go to workout coach!
I've been training online with Gilroy for almost 2 years now, and it's been an absolute pleasure! His workouts are well planned and varied. You have the choice of using weights or body weight. He's able to correct your technique or form even though it's a screen separating you. I'd strongly recommend his workouts to anyone who wants to, but can't physically make it to his studio.
Took my first aerial yoga class and it was really fun. Trying something new and with an instructor who was gave good direction is always a big plus. This class was great for all levels and kept things interesting
To put it simply, I am a fan of Liveinlean. The class format, the meticulous focus on technique, and result-oriented 30-minute workouts thrice a week make it a perfect fit for my work-life balance. Gilroy is a patient coach who takes into account each individual's personal requirement even in a group class, be it an injury to goals like, building strength or improving stamina, he has a 360-view on each person's overall well-being. Nothing like having a coach as invested in your progress as you are!
Gilroy has at the highest level, taught me more about how the body works, how and why it responds in certain ways and how to increase its ability. At 45 years old I am in the best condition physically I have ever been. Forever grateful and constantly inspired
I usually find gyms to be rather intimidating places, but I instantly felt comfortable in LiveinLean because of its friendly and welcoming vibe. It is spacious, with excellent ventilation and so well equipped. I am also a huge fan of Gilroy's signature 30 minute HIIT sessions which have changed my body for the better and have been instrumental in helping me manage peri - menopausal symptoms. I highly recommend LiveinLean to anyone interested in upping their fitness regime.
Such an awesome functional training experience . Gilroy is a great trainer he knows his stuff very well . Had a great workout with both TRX and weights !
It was the perfect class for maintaining my fitness on a long holiday in Goa. The sessions are quick and effective in just 30 minutes I'm able to tick a workout off my to do for the day.
