Live Fit is highly recommended personal and result driven fitness centre in Dombivli west that emphasizes on Strength training, resistance training. So guys those who are looking for body toning,weight loss or weight gain , this is the right choice baby ;)

I had worst experience. They tell me to do 100 times of Scott & other exercise on 1st day which is wrong thing for beginners. My thighs freeze after the workout & i am having lots of pain. & It's been a 3days.
Workout are little painful, but enjoying the pain..those ladies planning to weight loss you should join live fit fitness...Trainers are always behind the target and very knowledgeable.Other than the workout , entrainment program also conduct for eg. Garba....
