One of the best gyms in Vijayawada with First class Equipment. Manitains hygiene and all the facilities are great. Will definitely recommend this place. Trainers are very encouraging and a big thanks to Ashok & Syam master for encouraging me by setting some goals.

Fantastic gym with outstanding trainers.

A well equipped gym for with good equipment for body building and weight loss along with body strengthening and fitness. 2 personal trainers Shyam and Prasad with great knowledge who first analyze the client's requirement and their body capability and then start the routine and provide the best diet. My personal trainer is Prasad who is well trained for personal clients, I am currently taking Weight loss and Body Fitness program with him and I reduced from 93 kgs to 87 kgs in a month.

Good equipment. Wierd rules Use threadmill only once (or) if no rush for a max of 15mins.I wouldn't suggest if calorie burn/cardio is the requirement through equipment else a decent place.
