Me and my wife stayed at Little Tibet, our plan was to spend a night but we liked the place so much that we extended for another night. Advantage was there is safe parking available. Walking distance to the Mall Road, peaceful surrounding and good staffs to cater to your service. Highly recommended.
We had a two-day booking from September 10th to September 12th. Their rooms are very nice and very clean. The staff here always have a smile on their faces.No need to worry about calling every time you need it. Their restaurant food is very delicious. It is very good for senior citizen to stay here.Walking distance to Mall. There are no uphill climbs that would be difficult to walk. In one word, very good hotel
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good.Overall, a wonderful experience - I would highly recommend this hotel for staying with family & friends.

Hotel is good but They don't have lift. Car parking is very small. I'm unable to park my car their, Hotel manager request me to park the car outside of the hotel. And shift the car at 8am. We left the hotel for car parking. Security, Staff , are very good. Food quality of the restaurant is avarage. Toilet needs proper ventilation.
My parents facing very difficulty to entering the Hotel as their is no lift and stair. Also they don't have wheel chair. Lounge is very good. Garden is good. Resturant is good.
The rooms are cleaned and perfect to spend your special time. The ambiance is awesome. We had couple of meal here which was awesome.
And a special thanks to Piyush who is one of the staffs here. Very much pleased with his behaviour .

Overall good but needs improvement in terms of providing basic amenities like dental and shaving kit related stuff. They are bit reactive in providing these than proactive. Could not give shaving kit as they said they procure it from outside Darjeeling which does not look logical. Good quality is good, overall staff behaviour also okay. Water supply has some issues but they ste fixing it on call. Room prices are although quite high in season time compared to the facilities.
I selected this Hotel based on reviews and sites. And all was worth.

-Bathrooms were nice and of high quality. Hot running water was an issue as it was not adjustable.
-Breakfast was again very nice. Meals were OK. And the man of attraction Piyush and Mr. Ashish they were very humble and great hospitality.
Had a 3 day stay with family. Very pleasant and exotic experience. The staff including the restaurant staff were very professional and courteous. One of the best experiences in Darjeeling.

It's a heritage hotel. Situated in the heart of the city. Staffs are friendly. Though a bit on the expensive side...it's a very picturesque place. Mall road is at a walking distance. Food and the buffet breakfast is also wholesome.
