The sales girl who dealt with me was absolutely pathetic. Yesterday I had purchased in the Mani Square Mall, Kolkata outlet. I repeatedly told her to give me 28 number shoes for my kid. She insisted that it's too big and deliberately packed 27 which is a size small. The collection was so nice, I thought of going there again but due to this unethical behaviour of the staff, I will not visit the store. U please get it exchanged by sending me the size at I wanted at my home, as it is totally a deliberate act of the sales girl. This was my complain and immediately I received a call from the store manager. He was extremely polite and exchanged the shoes within a couple of hours. I must say the store manager"s behaviour and customer service are praiseworthy.
It was nice... You can get all the items over there for kids from all sections... Books to feeding times to dresses... And shoes ... everything available over there... But yes the shop is a little costly.... And hardly any discounts over there... So to me you can get anything over there for your kids.... Just a little expensive to me....
For toys the range is limited but other infant and baby stuff is extensive.
Always a pleasure to visit this ...I hav been there customer for last 7 yrs...they have never disappointed me...u get all kinds of clothes, newborns stuff,toys,prams, stationery, games and basic baby essentials...all under one roof ...Must visit... happy shopping!!
