Very poor after service. Business minded. For the first time buyers the behavior of the owner is very very good so that they can pursue you into buying stuff that you will not even need in the long run. We had purchased a flower horn which survived for 7 months. When the flowerhorn fell sick I personally contacted the owner regarding help. He did help me out however the fish did not recover and after one week he simply gave up and did not even contact later. Moreover he seemed irritated when I had called asking for help. For cleaning of aquarium we had to call for 3 days in a row. I mean with a shop like that you're supposed to send people on time for the services. I can't guarantee the quality of fish since we had bought goldfish and they simply died within a month. And then we had bought lionheads and redcaps too which did not last longer as well. We also bought a high priced Asian arowana (RTG) which died within 2 months. Therefore the quality of fish cannot be guaranteed.

Have been here for quite a few times. Purchased fishes & several other accessories. Liked their products & service. Owner & staffs are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, varieties of items available.

I had a horrible experience with their bird cage. Subhankar sold it to me saying it was perfect for budgies but within 5 days one of my budgies escaped. He was too arrogant to even accept his fault, whereas many bird shops (even their other branch) confirmed that this cage is only for love birds or bigger birds, and definitely not for budgies. They agreed to exchange but offered a defective cage with no proper sitting sticks. I'm lucky they atleast offered a full refund when I refused to take the defective cage, however it was not at all worth the trouble caused. Would not recommend to anyone.

I called up the number given on their google page as i purchased an aquarium with some fishes a few days back from one of their shops to enquire about fish worms.The owner was irritated in his response and asked me to call up his staff. First of all you are obligated to give me information as you have shared your number on public platform. Second of all i do not care for your irritation. 3rd of all in case you do not wish to talk to clients then share your staff's number on public platform. Pathetic and horrible experience.

Very beautiful, like always. Update: Just like always, good stock and behaviour. Update: Good stock and stagf behavior good. But I noticed some lack of care on fishes. Also, fishes are not properly organised this time.
