Worst service ever of all Italian restaurants I have come across in Bangalore. No one asked for us even after waiting for more than 15 mins. No water served. Pasta did not have any veggies. Had to make extra request for veggies. Fruit juices name is Chilled but is served in normal room temperature and not chilled. No ice brought even after requesting. Prices are hyped for the ambience and service provided. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Hi Good Day!! Been here for dinner and it's lovely experience. Loved the ambience, food and there itialian music. We ordered Pasta, salad, Pizza, Garlic bread plain and cheese one. Garlic bread with there Oilve oil and red chill spread was just outstanding and yummy. Veg salad to was too good. The ingredients used was very fresh and yummy. Pizza was thin crust and it tasted really good and fantastic. Pasta was too good for kids and they loved it. Was not spicy.. They have vallet parking facility. We didn't see any wheelchair facility. This place...The very first thing comes into my mind expensive for nothing The vegetarian starters we ordered were normal nothing special but way too expensive. The cheese used was not upto the mark for Nachos. The drinks were ok again not worth it... We couldn't order more because of the disappointment... I had high expectations on this place. However may be their other outlets are good but HRBR is not good... This is my personal opinion please you guys can go and try... You might like it...I don't know...

My fiancee had ordered Garlic Bread with Cheese from this restaurant earlier and it was appetizing so, we already had a though of visiting the place someday for Dine-in. We went there on 14th Feb for Dinner. I called the restaurant in the evening to check if they accept reservations but they informed me that they offer only walk-ins. We reached there around 9:15 PM and the 1st impression which was a disappointment for me was at the entrance. There was no host/ hostess outside or inside to welcome and guide us. However, we approached a waiter to help us in getting a table and luckily there was no waiting time. We ordered our food but honestly the waiting time was more than what we expected. I will give a good compliment to their ambience, staff and the taste of food bcz they deserve it. We ordered Insalata Mista (Mixed Salad) and Lasagne and both were delicious. Finally, while ordering the dessert, I asked the waiter about the waiting time for each option and went with Cream Caramel bcz he said it will be served in 2-5 mins and the other options will take atleast 10-15 mins. And trust me, we waited for more than 20 mins and then I understood that the delay in serving the order was not bcz of the crowd due to Valentines Day. Moreover, I didn't liked the desert. Finally we got the bill but I felt it was a little overpriced and yes, it's a subjective opinion. I will rate my experience as follows: PROS (Advantages) - Taste of the food - Ambience - Staff Politeness - Food options CONS (Disadvantages) - No Host/ Hostess at the entrance to guide - Waiting time is more - Little Overpriced - Parking is limited P.S. I might visit this place couple of months later to try Ravioli and check if there's any improvement on the Disadvantages points.

Awesome Ambience! Excellent taste ! Very good service. The best part is the authentic taste you get. Have been to a Mexico and the red bean taco that was served in the restaurant was 99% close in terms of the taste when compared to the one served in Mexico

Hard to find parking, service was fast but AC was not working. Moreover, low network over there and no wifi availability. Food is decent but I have been to Hyderabad Little Italy franchise, which was far better

We celebrated our neice bday here yesterday. Took our own cake. Food was from the place.. tried their pizza, pasta, ravioli and mocktails. All the dishes were good and tasty... if i havd to pick a point service(1st order for the kids) took a long time to come despite no criwd in the restaurant .. the kids were totally jittery by the time food came. Lateron it was quite ok. I probably wud go another time to taste some dishes that were missed yesterday..

This place has very good ambiance. Staff members are also very kind. There is suitable parking in the basement for your vehicles. This place was not crowded. Currently I am giving this as 4star rating. I will visit here again and later I will edit my point. The main reason for 4* is I am not truly satisfied by taste of food if compared to price. Waiting for next visit. The review will not be biased then.
