Little Italy is the prime example of how efficient management can convert a possible 1 star review into a 3 star review. We ordered the ravioli crocante, zuppa verdure, gnocchi al forno and corn cheese balls. The soup came with oven dried croutons which were not that great and would tranform into a soggy lump the moment they touched the soup. I wish we had the option of a fried crouton. The soup itself was actually good. The ravioli crocante was delicious but once we were halfway done we noticed a stand of hair in the ravioli which was subsequently replaced. The corn cheese balls were one of the best I have ever eaten whereas the gnocchi al forno had delicious homemade gnocchi gratinated with parmesan cheese. The sauce here could have been slightly thicker. We also found a hair strand in the it as well but the waiter said he will confirm with the chef what the identity of the stand was. And this brings me to why, in spite of the good food, I have only given three stars. The service was abysmal to say the least. We were largely abandoned unless the waiter brought over our food or brought over our menu and expected us to place the orders immediately. We were not provided any tissues. We had to ask for every piece of cutlery. Initially the food was served without any spoon or fork. Then, after requesting, they provided only a fork. Then separately, after requesting, they provided us with spoons. We would sit with empty glasses until we requested for water. These are hospitality basics. I wanted to order a cake from the cafeteria but I noticed an insect crawling. I pointed it out to the employee who said it might have come from the packaging. This was definitely not reassuring. Finally, I shared my grievances with the manager who not only apologized, but also insisted on providing us a complementary dessert (blueberry cheesecake) and waived of the charge for the pasta. The hospitality of the manager is the entire reason I would want to be back here and give them another chance.

Very beautiful comfy place designed to give you Italian feel. I have ordered food from here many times but this was my first visit here. We had pizza and burrito bowl both were perfectly cooked, cheese and drinks were freshly made. Loved the ambience and staff, the staff are very polite and attentive. They have valet parking so no issues with parking here although one thing they need to correct is brunch menu from zomato, In zomato its listed they have brunches but when we arrived staff informed that only shivaji Nagar branch has that which was disappointing. Good option for Italian food. Pure veg restaurant which can offer Jain preparation if asked for. Staff is helpful and courteous. Variety of menus, which includes some Mexican options too. Desserts and pasta are good. They accept all cards. They have valet parking. The bar is also having good options and prices arnt too high.

Instead, it is suggested that the ravioli pasta be sampled instead of the fried version. On the other hand, the Pizza Napoli was highly recommended, with the option to adjust the spice level to personal preference. This pizza was enjoyed immensely, with its spicy flavors providing a satisfying and authentic taste of Italian cuisine. Finally, the Nachos with Cheese and Beans was recommended for all patrons. However, it is suggested that the captain be requested to serve the nachos and beans separately, to avoid them becoming soggy. If you're looking for pure veg Italian food - mark this place on your map. Food seems close to authentic and the taste is really good. They've also got Mexican along with Italian which was also surprisingly good. They've got some variety in beverages as well and they're decent ones. Separate vegan menu is available. Ambience is chic, staff is friendly and courteous. Perfect place to hangout with family.

Amazing and authentic Italian dining experience here. The staff presented us with various complementary breads for tasting as appetizers and ended with various complementary dessert treats. The Italian food was sumptuous and melted easily in mouth. Even the pasta was great and the right amount of spicy.A lovely Ambiance with a soft Italian music. Food is little expensive But worth money. A must try place for Italian food lovers.

We went there on birthday. This was really a cool place with amazing ambience. Taste was authentic and amazing. All options for this Italian cuisine were available. Good friendly staff with prompt service. Totally enjoyed our time there. No reason to rate anything below 5 stars.

I tried Pasta Barbaresca and Ravioli Crocante which was awesome. Panna cotta was not upto the mark but taste was good. Valet parking available. Service is a bit slow so plan accordingly. Overall, a good experience.
