Great place to stay and get away for a weekend. Came with friends for the weekend, had a great time on beach and rooftop party. Beach is hardly 15-20steps from hotel and best part that you can drink on beach and host is awesome...he is very nice and will arrange best thing for you. Safe and secure place. The cool nd host is awesome
Not at all good place to stay with family. It has circuler iron stairs and every one may not be able to climb stairs. It has only three rooms one each on every floor. No proper security, room service and food facility. Situated in a shady interior location.
This is a house altered into an so called Guest house, where it dont even have regular straight stairs, instead its having spiral model, which is so tough for us to get up. If people is little fatty and plumpy very tough to climb. Also that beach view what they have shown in image is not from inside of the premise, its from entrance of the room, which is not at all private. Who ever climb those stairs will see you and able to hear all your conversations.
That cafe is so funny, in the top floor they divided into two and kept a gasstove from where they serve noodles and omlette. We didn't stay there actually. They have allocated second floor to me, when seeing it my kid didnt want to climb n the staircase. We went and found out another beautiful place, which is less than the cost of this place. But this fellow charged Rs.800 from me for cancellation. Very worst and cheatin.
A very nice, clean and cozy room. The cafe on the rooftop is an amazing place to work or chill, with an amazing view. The owners of the guest house, Nizam and Aishwarya are the nicest people and really made our trip very comfortable. The food is very nice as well. Just 20 meters from the beach and great view of the sea from the balconies.
Pros:
Location very close to beach
The host Nizam responds well
Neatness
Food in the building available
Cons:
Since, place close to beach, area has a fish and salt water odour
Room is small, so may feel suffocating
Stairs are very narrow and winding - very difficult to manage luggage/ old age people
Parking space very narrow, maybe difficult to take and keep the vehicle every time
No South Indian food like Idly/ Dosa available in the cafe inside the building
The road leading upto the room is narrow, not ideal for big cars and there is a cemetery nearby
Room will be cleaned only if asked
Overall, not a good place to stay if you need a place with abundance of space, fresh air and convenient for taking personal vehicle. The host Nizam tries his best to make the stay better, but the location simply is not one that gives holiday feels.

The hotel is truly no-frills. You get a decent bed, a clean room, a hot shower and a quiet sleep. That's about it.
But compared to the other shoddily run guesthouses in the area it's extremely well run. The owner (Yuvi) is super organized, trustwo
