The Doctors are very good and the ambience is nice.
I have been to this Hospital for about a year and felt like home.
This time today I visited the hospital to meet the doctor for a consultation for my family.
Till now it was very nice. I was waiting for the Ultrasound report as the nurse told me to wait as it is being prepared. After an hour I went to inquire, one of the staff named ANAND behaved very rudely as if I thought I was in a Government hospital. he thinks he is the owner of the hospital.
Very sad with this issue.
Good team of doctors especially my consultant Dr . Vipula Verma... loved the way she handled me and very supportive nurses, had a grt experience..but the pharmacy needs attention.. very slow and will take ur precious time ...also the way the admission process is smooth and fast , the discharge process should also be the same ... which is not there .

Hospitality is excellent over here . All nurse and staff are very caring and well trained and cordial. And my doc miss VIPULA VERMA is always there whenever we needed and we feel very safe under her treatment.
Gynecologist, Surgeon and Pediatrician and doctor are all well experienced and friendly. Nursing staff are well behaved and so friendly. They always try to calm you every time.I have an excellent experience over here

It was an amazing experience with Little hearts hospital as I was taking consultation from Dr. Vipula Verma who is one of a kind person, very polite calm and friendly, and will advice what's best for you, I planned to deliver my baby in Little Hearts and Dr Pooja was also very cooperative all through the days I was there post my delivery. Thanks to the entire team of sisters who was there to take care.

Vipula mam is very humble and care taking she treats her patients with almost care.....It's a good hospital where each n every facility is available. Also staff and other hospital members are cooperative.
Demanding that the child cant be discharged before 3 days of hospitalisation. Harassing the parents, if they want to take the child home. Inflating the bill amount to fill their pockets. This is absolutely a mess of a hospital. Everything but a hospital. Extortion in broad daylight. On the top it unpleasant staff, make the matter worse. There is everything that a hospital should not practice.
Its a third class hospital the behaviour of front line staff is very bad doctors are not available every time i think the online review is fake as per this review only i have decided to go there but its a rediculous hospital
