Little Clinic - Hospital in Imphal - Imphal East, India

It was a sweet first experience. The large parking space was much appreciated and a bonus point for the hospital. Though not sufficient to draw conclusion as of now about the hospital as a whole, I hope it would be one of the best private hospital in imphal

It was a very nice experience. We took the appointment of Dr. Chandra Kumar ( Neurosurgeon) - he was very helpful and kind and guided us very nicely.

ICU and Counter staff need to be brief properly again. They ack like a stranger to its customer i.e the patient party in times of sorrow and worries. Doctor are frankly I appreciate

I want to give zero star because my appointment is at 4:30 but still doctor is not coming even after one and a half hour. The doctors are so careless that they even consult the patient in a hurry. They only care about money

Cordial staffs with good parking facility. But the hospital seems to be under staffed. Whenever I visit this hospital, there is inadequate wheelchair and I have to wait. Also unlike Raj Medicity, there is no staff at the entrance who will enquire what we will need. We have to manage all this. We have to go inside and look for wheel chair etc. It's like going to a cheap hotel where we have to serve ourselves. The management needs to be more competent. If I had a choice I would go to other hospitals. Edit: The hospital's inadequate number of wheelchairs is such a let down. As a regular visitor, it's a pain in the bum and the patient is forced to wait inside the car since he can't wait in a wheelchair inside the hospital premises. If this is a public funded hospital I would understand. However as a private run hospital I find this appalling and unsatisfactory. Pros: Good doctors, good nurses, parking lot. Cons: Inadequate non-medical staffs and lack of space. Attendant often missing or busy with something else. Tends to get overcrowded and sometimes patients have to get things done by themselves. I hope I don't have to visit this again. I hope that even if i have to to visit this hospital, things would change by that time.

We have stayed in this hospital for more than 2months and we went for check-up every month. In my experience the hospital staff are polite and helpful except for two senior nurse that has ruin all the good experience of our stay. The hospital management team needs to look after the housekeeping department since they are doing cleaning only in routine basis not in between even if the place is dirty in between (I dont knw if this is lack of manpower). Overall its a great hospital with good friendly staffs.
