Little Affair Sariska - Lodge in Rajgarh, Ghewar - Alwar, India

Surprising little gem. Their meals are excellent. They give these huge thali's with simple but delicious food and are quite generous with their servings. We ended up really looking forward to meal times! The staff and other services provided are great. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. We travelled with our pet and had a fabulous time here. We highly recommend the drive and picnic up to the lake. They let us take our dog with us in their open safari jeep and he was thrilled! Special mention to their manager for taking care of all our needs and being highly professional.

Dear All, Were to begin with. This place is just 3 and half hours away from delhi, but felt a million miles away from the chaotic city life. The rooms,food and hospitality was top notch with rustic and luxury feel to it. The place feels so secluded and with utmost privacy. A big thanks to the Owners and the Manager and Staff.Hopefully this isn't gonna be our last visit.

Rustic & Romantic Retreat While Utsav Safari Camp(where we stayed before moving here) was a boutique beauty, the Little Affair is a rustic retreat that feels like a hidden gem in the jungle! Though most elements of the property look minimalistic, they feel super boutique and warm. You get treated to the right amount of luxury and comforts without losing the raw nature of the wilderness that surrounds the wonderfully designed resort. It feels like a beautiful blend between a jungle lodge and a nature resort. And the fact that there was no crowd when we went made this stay heavenly! The unforgettable SUNDOWNER outing arranged by the Manager was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay and one of the best sunset experiences we've had in our lives (and we have experienced so many across African and Indian jungles in the past - so when I saw one of the best, it does mean something!!) LOCATION: Located in the fringes of Sariska national park and a bit of offroading and driving through rough roads mean you are a lot more amidst raw greenery and nature than the other resorts around DINE + DRINK: The lovely restaurant serves excellent and authentic local/regional cuisines whipped up by a chef & team who are refined in their cooking style. They don't have a dedicated bar per se, but you can treat yourself to a good selection of drinks in the lovely setting near the pool. ROOM: We stayed in Room 306, which was a lovely stone cabin with a built-in Jacuzzi, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Lovely view of the mountains and the grazing animals from the huge window and the sit-out attached to the cabin; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage. The lovely Lounge area attached to the huge windows was my favorite area during the stay. You can chill with a book or your tablet while soaking yourself in the spectacular views; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Huge bathroom that comes with a sweet indoor stand-in shower and a romantic outdoor stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality Toiletries FACILITIES: No Gym on site. But they have a sweet swimming pool that is exposed to the wilderness and also a well-equipped recreation room/library that is packed with a good Pool table and a nice selection of books SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the manager DEVENDRA for enhancing the stay and SETUVEER from the restaurant for indulging us throughout the stay! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: A slow internet that doesn't work most of the time, and no Television in the room. But hey! You are in the Jungle and come here to unplug and not to be wired, right?!

Great place away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. Top class food, stone villas, swimming pool, ambience, recreation room, trekking all at very reasonable rates.

Beautiful Property. Rooms actually Stone Villas are very spacious and beautifully decorated. You have your own personal sitting area(mini garden) to enjoy nature with sips of tea or coffee. If you are a nature lover you'll surely love this place. They have an open shower too if you want to enjoy true nature(very personal). Rooms are so big to accommodate 5-6 people(though mo pribacy then) but if you are a group of close friends then you'll enjoy. Food...in lunch they have thali system. Well laid big thali with real yumm food. Dinner they give you ala carte and trust me food is just awesome. Best part is my pet enjoyed a lot. Enough space for her to roam around in our villa only. Reaching out to this place is not a easy task. But Mr. Devendra is very helpful and nice . Google link was there but after a stretch you looses the signal and there Mr.Devendra helps you. I think they need more clear signage to reach. But after reaching to property you truly smile with their welcome and beautiful surroundings. Staff is very polite and helpful especially Mr.Devendra. Must visit for serene nature and yummy food.

I celebrated my birthday here and they made sure I had the best time of my life. From owners to staff, everyone is super helpful. Rooms - extremely spacious, comfortable and clean Location - peaceful. On the outskirts of the national park. Come here and absorb nature Staff - very helpful. There's not a thing they can't do Food - to die for. Kudos to the chef Owners - the sweetest people. They'll attend to you and your needs at all times The place is kids friendly as well

Not a value for money option. No amenities apart from a library, highly priced room rent, highly priced and tasteless food, we had paid extra for such meals as opposed to the "justification" mentioned by the hotel in reply. Location is not as per google maps. Didn't enjoy our stay much here.

Had an Amazing Experience there! We went there to celebrate My Friend's Bridal Shower. The staff there was very helpful and hospitable. We requested them to help us decorate our villa to surprise the Bride. They did a beautiful job by arranging a dinner set up near the pool for us and also helped us put on additional decoration items we had got. The food was delicious. We reached after the lunch hours. And as we had called in advance about our delay, they made sure that they serve us hot food even then. All in all, had a great stay there and would highly recommend it to everyone.
