Parul was such a calming presence during a very tumultuous phase of my life. She helped me come to terms with my emotions, understand them and take control. Her compassion and empathy towards me and the safe environment she created whenever we interacted could help me open up to her in ways I never thought I could. Now I feel I have a better sense of self and I am more aware of my emotions all thanks to Parul. I am extremely glad I came across her.

It was a wonderful experience consulting Parul ma'am. She helped me a lot and solved almost all my problems. I have changed a lot after consulting her. Before meeting her I was shy and I couldn't talk to people. However after this course I have gained confidence to talk to people and now I am more focused in my life.

I found you at a time when I realized that I was crumbling under the pressure of the challenges that life kept hurling at me. I dealt with those in my own way but with age, I am all of 59, my endurance seemed to have dwindled. All I needed was a trusting friend who would lend me a patient ear, allow me to let out the steam that was destroying me inside without being judgemental. You proved to be just that. You greeted me with a pleasant smile, asked me if I was comfortable, offered me some moments of silence that, at that point helped me gather my thoughts that were scattered all over in my mind. Your calming demeanor enhanced by your soft and reassuring tone and encouraging words helped me understand my own shortcomings and strengths. You helped me realize how a little faith in myself could make me happy, this especially came through the role playing session that you suggested, where I also learned to appreciate the little things in life and give myself the respect and love that I always sought from others around me. I respond to situations in a different manner from the usual. I have started working out, driving and trying out different recipes, everything that I had almost given up on. Before beginning sessions with Parul, I was full blown apprehensive considering the two unpleasant experiences I have had with therapies before. I was hesitant to trust someone again with my inner doubts, fears, triggers, thoughts, struggles, etc. But Parul made it so effortlessly easy for me. Every session has this organic centeredness that is not pretentious and provides me with the safe space to communicate openly. She and I have developed this connection virtually that many people fail to create even in face-to-face settings. I feel understood, I feel held with a tenderness so moving and palpable even through the screen that I find words just pouring out of myself. She has helped me identify patterns in my behaviour and also helped me understand where all of it arises from, without a strand of judgement colouring her voice/treatment. She's all one could only hope to find in a therapist.

My experience of therapy sessions with Parul has been incredible. Slowly and gradually I got in sync with my emotions. Initially, I felt loaded with my thoughts and questions related to the different challenges that I was facing in my life. But the sessions with Parul helped me gain helpful insights. Amongst many insights, few of them were to stay still and focus on what the body and mind are feeling rather than thinking about the future and past. Just stay in the present and investigate how am I feeling? This made me relaxed. Though it sounds simple but is usually ignored, especially when the mind is crowded with a lot. But as I mentioned, the session made me do this and when I started following the same my impulsiveness was controlled. Another insight was to express, even if the expression is not that huge. For example, complementing your roommate. Believe me, this practice strengthens the bond and moreover, makes you feel light and happy. Expression is beautiful. Above all, the insight of realising the importance of silence was blissful. Before every session, the ritual of going into silence and then proceeding further made me mindful of my things. I would recommend Parul to all those who feel confused and tired because of overthinking or anything related. She was cooperative and determined enough to track my progress and inform me at every step of the process about the significant points extracted from the sessions. This approach helped me not to lose the essence of the sessions. Recaps and summaries of the sessions are wonderful parts of my experience. In the future, I look forward to connecting with her whenever I would feel a need for her services.

Parul has been an amazing companion. She has helped me understand and break the vicious loop I trapped myself in. It has been an amazing journey. I am deeply grateful to have found her company in the worst phase of my life.

I think it is totally worthy to be under the guidance of Miss Parul. She can give you a totally different perspective of the situations you face and you will be amazed, questioning your own self, " Yeah! Why didn't I think in the similar manner?". You will realize the need of cherishing the moment in which you are living right now. Also, a steady pace in the way she speaks will help develop a trust in her words. Every line you speak, miss patiently listens to it and will pay enough notice to everything. No single thing is ignored. After you finish, when she shows you a path of how to view things, it is like Wow! You feel like listening to her more and more. Also, at every step it is ensured that you do not feel uncomfortable and you are allowed to mould the conversation in a way that you want to. It is also worth noting that you can choose what you want to say and what you want to keep private. Miss Parul will leave no stones unturned to give you your carefree life back. She is a very compassionate person :) I aspire to imbibe few of her traits in my nature. I wish I could take a session in person.
