Well mannered and well behaved doctor. Very effective medicines. The staff were good too. Parking space available. Lift service provided. Overall a good experience.

Went to Lisa clinic to get treatment for acne/pimples which were persistent for quite few months. A mere search on google pointed to Lisa clinic as the best option and the reviews also confirmed the same. Positives - a) The clinic was located at a very nice location, parking space is available, newly built I think, well maintained, neat & clean. b) Several rooms and sections available for treatments, pharmacy available inside. c) Spacious waiting area for bystanders. d) Dr.Jenny is very good, listened well and suggested treatment which has a positive effect on me. Although this is a long term process and I might revisit later to add the review after 3-4months. Negatives - a) There seemed to be a lapse in communication at the reception desk in terms of managing time. I was told I am next in line for the procedure and it will take one hour to complete. However it took me one hour 45minutes to complete. Might seem like a trivial issue but they need to respect and value time. I had to cancel few of my other works because of mismanagement of time at the clinic. b) Lack of prompt response without calling them up - I had to leave the clinic without prescription as the treatment was already delayed beyond expectation, and my blood test results had not arrived. When the sample was taken I was told the result will arrive by evening and I can come in the evening to collect the results and prescription or they will send over WhatsApp. I had to call them up in the evening to get the results and prescription, which ideally I would've expected them to send it right away without me having to ring up. This is my personal opinion that if I have paid for the service I needn't have to call up to get the service. I was told I would receive the diet plan by evening. Honestly I do not have to patience to call them up again to remind them that they have forgotten or delayed to provide the plan! c) Prescription lacking details - the prescription lacks details on diagnosis which is something I would've preferred having so that I can keep it as a reference , if next time I have to visit another doctor. Prescription only contained details of medicines. The above is my personal opinion based on the treatment and consultation I took from Lisa clinic. If you reside in calicut and have the patience to follow up after making full payment, I highly recommend their services.

In November 2021, I turned to Dr. Jenny, desperately seeking a solution for my persistent pimples and scars. From the get-go, Dr. Jenny was thorough, recommending a list of blood tests that revealed a cholesterol and Vitamin D deficiency - issues she promptly addressed with medication. The treatment journey began soon after, spanning 4 months with sessions of PRP, laser treatments, micro-needling, and even Carbon Laser and PRF. While the changes post-treatment were evident, their longevity was not, which was disheartening given the financial and emotional investment. However, the silver lining throughout was the clinic's staff, and Dr. Jenny, who was very kind and supportive. It's the warmth and professionalism of the team that had me revisiting, even when the improvements seemed negligible. One notable achievement was the considerable reduction in my acne during the treatment phase. There came a point where I took a turn, both due to work commitments and dwindling motivation. After a while, due to my new lifestyle my skin began regressing, leading me back to the clinic. This time, I was introduced to a dietician who reshaped my eating habits - a regime I diligently follow even now. After a while, relying on accumulated knowledge and advice from peers, I crafted my own skincare routine. The results were much better and cost a fraction of what I'd spent on treatments. Naturally, my Google review dropped from 5 stars to 3. But here's what sets Dr. Jenny's clinic apart: Their post-treatment care. Upon noticing my amended review, the clinic reached out multiple times, addressing my concerns, and offering advice for enhanced results. It's rare to find a business so deeply invested in client satisfaction. As I write this in August 2023, I want potential patients to know that while my journey with Dr. Jenny had its ups and downs, the clinic's unwavering commitment to their clients is commendable. They truly care, and that makes all the difference.

Worst service. Booked an appointment and they took us in to explain about some diet plan 15 mins after the scheduled time. The diet plan discussion went on for 20-25 mins. The doctor was still unavailable due to a fake staff meeting. However, the Dr was clearly consulting other patients. Please understand that patient's time is valuable as well. A 10-15 min delay is understandable. They made us wait for an hour. Totally irresponsible and disrespectful. Will never go back.

Any problem with hair go there they must have a minoxidil 3 of us went there 3 people have different problem but minoxidil for all. But the illness did not go away. is expensive

I prefer this clinic because iam 100% satisfied with my results.doctor suggested all the possible way for my issues very clearly and the staff were also very kind and helpful all the time whenever I visit the clinic. Thankyou the team
