Very bad experience.. Dont have booking or token system especially in pediatrics.. No one, even the duty nurse knows when the turn will come.. Parents have to wait for 3-4 hours infront of doctors room with crying babies 05-sep -2023 Great changes happened.. Within 2 days after the negative review about my experience, I received a call from the management, and I share all my concerns with them.. Very happy to know that they took everything very positively and implemented the changes within 1 week.. Thank you to the team..!!!

Small hospital with affordable rates, pharmacy system need to improve, waiting time nearly 30 minutes.

My self basil i went to lissa hospital thiruvambady on 09/11/22it was plesent warming service was there, nursing staffs are all good at their effort but when i reached the cash counter one employe was there in cash counter her name is aishyarya she behaves very rudly while iam asking for my change, according to her i need to carry the exact change for the payments, and her attitude was also very rude, what ever the staff done the good positve things all distroyed at cash counter because of her attitude

Hospitals that run for mere profit share must watch and learn who this hospital works, cause it is time for you to open you eyes and change your perspective. Lisa hospital is one among few hospitals where a patient who comes with pain and suffer gets a sun shine of relief and hope. For a common man who visit this hospital can experience not only the minimal fee but also a better experience of hospitality. Doctors, nurses and staffs are well trained and are well aware of how to handle patients in soothing way.

Highly recommend Lisa Hospital for the excellent care it provides to patients. The fact that this hospital has been operational for more than 40 years shows the consistency in the treatments and care being offered here. I also highly recommend the gynaecologist, Dr Chinu Susan Kurian here who is an excellent doctor providing very empathetic care and advise to the patients. My wife was admitted in Lisa Hospital for both her deliveries and we can vouch for the professional service and personal care that we received here. Dr Chinu provides very good attention to her patient's needs and all her suggestions and correct diagnosis helped us to complete the delivery without any complications. Infact all the doctors and nurses here are very helpful and empathetic and takes very good care of the patients.

I always have very good experiences with Lisa Hospital Thiruvambadi. All the staff of this institution are friendly in attitude and co-operative. Treatment and patient care are remarkable.

OP service is very poor. Why do we need to take an appointment earlier? Though we are taking early appointment , the nurses are calling the patients on the basis of their arrival time. This is not a good practice. It is better to change this system.
