First of all , i have to thank my master and my trainers who have trained me to lose 4kgs in a month ... Mani master, a best motivator and such a person who guided and rectified my mistakes while doing workouts.. Gym has good ambience with hi-tech machines and good ventilated place ... Usually i had fear of handling weights and gym equipments , but they taught me in a simple manner and now i have been doing a great progress...
