We stayed at the Hyatt last month while visiting Bangalore. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above & beyond to ensure our stay was as well as possible. The breakfast was particularly good, with a vast selection and fantastic waiters. Aaron took fantastic care of us throughout our stay; he made sure we tried all the local dishes reccomended by him and that we had a hearty breakfast each day. We really look forward to returning to see him and all other staff again!

Our recent Onam Sadya at Hyatt Hotel left us utterly disappointed. Despite paying 1000 Rs per person, we encountered a culinary disaster. Many essential Sadya items were missing, and the service was shockingly poor. It was a regrettable experience that failed to capture the spirit of Onam.

Had gone for the Onam Sadhya with very high expectations for a brand like Hyatt. Had to be satisfied with an average experience overall.

Nice place. Delicious dining food and conference hall is superb for us.
