The staff are really cooperative. They are serving people a low-cost eye treatment.

Service is very very bad, they are not taking care properly to the patients, and all stuff's behaviour also very bad...totally very bogus eye hospital....

Atmospheres and infrastructure is very good. Stuff behavior is very good and professional. Dr Satyajit Bhattachariya is well experienced and very friendly. The hospital should be first choice clinic for low cost treatment.

Staff behaviour is too much bad .... receptionist behaviour also too much bad ...

1.The treatment cost is very low, just 30 rupees. 2.There also free treatment available. 3.There is available good Doctor.

Over all pretty good experience here.After primary check up you have to wait 2-3 hours for next step. As per this normal routine you must have patience to maintain this situation easily. One thing I want to suggest that - the top of round shape chair must be change soon. Definitely it's not suitable and comfortable when you kept your Chin into the machine for testing towards Doctor. Meanwhile on that time you will not comfortable to sit on that particular Chair.

minimum waiting time , doctors give adequate time, listen to their patients and help out, support staff is very soft spoken and always ready to help. all over a good experience, will suggest every family member and friend to visit this hospital in case of eye related problem. and doctors have good reputation and their operations are very successful

This place is only a 10mins walk from ranaghat station . They are very systematic ane provides super reasonable treatment. The staffs are really cooperative. You can get your eye check up at only 50/- & if someone with PTG want to get their surgery done from here they will get it within 3k. And they will provide eyedrops and all the essentials for after surgery care. They will check your eyes after surgery atleast two times and that's free of cost.
