I started boxing a few weeks ago ,and its the one of the best decisions that i have made . Its not just for body its improve focus, reduce stress, boost confidence and feel happier. I have a great trainer who truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me.he is super nice and has a way to explain things for beginners to easily understand. He is so patient, explains everything clearly and corrects you on every steps.its a good place to women to become the strongest version of yourself. The atmosphere is great, the community is very warm and friendly

I recently joined the gym and so far the experience has been exceptional. As someone who is an absolute beginner in boxing the training is very catered to each persons understanding level.

Had joined recently and has been less that a month now, must say, it's be a worth experience until now. As for being a beginner Ajith(trainer) has also been very considerate in attending each person individually. Definitely recommended!

The gym has a very friendly ambience and is a great place to train your body and develop ones skills in muay thai and mma,etc.And the coach here is really talented. He resolves all our queries and motivates us to push harder and harder.

The Only martial arts institute in Kottayam that teaches kick boxing ,mma and Moithai together. The classes are for 3 days a week . Each day a different martial art style or move is taught. The Master is very cooperative and is ready to help with making corrections.. The classes are going in a slow pace making sure that each moves are corrected.

I had an amazing experience training at lion muay thai. Trainer Ajith sir is very friendly and professional, not intimidating at all.The classes are well organized, is always clean and having plenty of boxing equipments.I seriously recommend if you want to learn muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA and this is the best choice. Get fit, get more flexible and one of the best mentors to train under who keeps us motivated and making us push through the limits.
