ICU was a caring experience for me. The personnel was helpful, competent, and friendly. I experienced a warm welcome and support from the minute I arrived. I had faith in the caliber of the care I would get because the facility was pristine and well-equipped. The medical professionals were competent and caring, attending to my needs and giving me clear explanations. I valued their openness to listen and sensitive demeanor. I enjoyed my stay because it was relaxing overall and I felt secure.

Without a question, the best group of doctors. The cleanliness and nursing personnel was excellent and courteous. ICU was excellent and affordable. The personnel is outstanding; they are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. They are incredibly understanding and helpful. The patients receive appropriate care and treatment.

I came second time here in the ICU still the same approach good caring friendly atmosphere nursing staff is too good,I brought my cousin with heart attack issues they managed so well today we are going home,all are very good doctors are understanding and caring,I always appreciate ICU team in this hospital, in whole hospital ICU is best

Pathetic staff treatment, the staff from top to bottom are very inappropriate. Irresponsible behaviour, the receptionist, sisters including warboys do not know how to speak. The counter staff named pranali is unaware about patients visits, of u forget to carry your case paper they will charge you again even if it is your post checkup. The discharge was not done properly without discharge summary. Very aad to say but the hospital is not up to the mark , only docter are well behaved and comfortable to speak with Dr Khanna was very helpful.
