I have a very serious complaints against the doctors who are sitting in the Emergency Department, just know I have visited the hospital in the Emergency department because I am suffering with heavy pain in my back side of the body where I am doing the toilet, the lady doctor was soo rude what I tell you, after the registration done in the emergency department they told me to go to the doctor side, when I go to the doctor side and the gent's doctor was checking me all of a sudden there is lady doctor came and interrupted the treatment and asking a lot of questions like why you are not come in OPD in the morning just because emergency is free you guys will come now, what kind of doctors tells like this to his patients and she also said if you are having a pain at 1am then why you come at 3.30am, see as a patient I am I hold my self the pain as long as I can but when the limit crosses then I come in the Emergency department, what kind of a doctor said to his patients like this and you guys tell me one things in the hospital what does Emergency Department means, when the patients get any kind of emergency health issues whether it's he or she will come in emergency department of the hospital for the treatment , boss as a doctor it's your responsibility to do the proper treatment of all the patients and you are not doing it for free the government of India is paying you to do the proper check up in the Emergency Department, and about the money and treatment fees I have no problem to pay right now but your so call OPD Department will open now for the emergency treatment of mine, I am disappointed from your doctors and hospital management, I have not get the proper treatment, the doctor just give one sugar syrup and told me to drink more water, is this the way that todays doctors are checking the patients in the Emergency Department of the Hospital, I hope my message reached to the upper management of the hospital and should take a serious action against this irresponsible doctors.
