Good hospital at shivpuri link road Gwalior. Opposite to Nissan car showroom. General, ac , private rooms available. Near and clean hospital. Staff and doctor are good. Canteen facility available for patients and attendent.
This is one of the most pathetic hospital experience I have had for my father. First the Dr. Neeraj gupta arrives 3 hrs late around 12 Pm than the scheduled time when the patient my father was on food and water fasting since 6am in the morning, as he was busy with patients at his private clinic. The hospital is extremely dirty with stinking lobby. There are insects in procedure room and the staff has no clue of what they are doing. Once the patient is sent is OT had to wait to 1.5 hrs and post procedure nobody bothered to feed the patient. The discharge procedure took 4 hrs and we had to follow up multiple times but t The staff is extremely uncooperative and rude.

My mother hospitalized twice in 2 months..she had multiple injury and undergone surgery there ..nursing staff is good but doctors r unavailable to update you regarding ur patient surgery after operations ..Even you have to keep enquire about ur patient from junior doctors or nursing staff ..seniors r not available to update you ..disappointing ..Dr
Cheap hospital, Not recommended !!! Feedback Points: Zero % Professionalism, Just Keep waiting & waiting & waiting for Doctor after OPD day. Assistant Doctor is so rude, if you ask anything they will not tell you. OPD Charge: ( Doctor Fees + Rs100 Extra ) Poor Support & Nursing staff mostly busy in chit chat. No bell option to call them, Patient have to shout for attention or urin release. Nursing staff go for sleep in night, You have to knock the door for wake-up. Poor Facility, You have to buy everything from them including urin pot to water bottle, even they don't provide disposable or glass to drink water for patient, forget about hot water, They only care about money, even charge extra Money (2.5%) if you try to pay bills by cards, No ATM facility. Attended need to sleep on floor, even no plastic mat available. Hospital is cleaned and maintained..
Cleaning and staff services are very nice and medical facilities are also good but needed some urgent medicine like electrol and paracetamol in urgency they could not provide without doctor prescription ...overal nice experience and doctors staff facilities are awesomeness
