I visited this place for a business meeting. Ordered a couple of beverages like camomile and Vietnamese cold coffee. Food ordered Caesar Salad Chicken. The service time is way too much. I was surprised to see the Vietnamese being served in a Johny Walker tumbler . Couldn't they have specific serving concepts! Felt like a gully side dabba shop. After almost 45 mins, a person came up and said there's no lettuce and the one available is inedible. Offered me to go with an alternate item. Wasn't happy to discover this after a long wait and cancelled that item. And at the end, they billed me incorrectly by adding extra item. Glad I noticed it, otherwise I would've paid it off. IDK if that's a genuine mistake or a planned attempt to rob the customers. Grow up 'Link Cafe'. Your presence inside Sheraton actually brings up the expectations. Try to live up. Parking [P] isn't great. Untidy. Two wheelers are totally unorganised. Felt bad for my BMW motorcycle.
Link has been my go to place for lunch & late night snacks. They serve amazing Chicken Biryani, Pizzas and Wraps. The Biryani is delicious with flavourful, soft and succulent chicken pieces. I have always enjoyed their pizza, chicken 65 and pastries. The ambience is quite peaceful and relaxing with comfy couch seating and beautiful paintings. Manager Loknath, Buchaiya & Surya have always been hospitable, warm and have ensured a great experience each time.
This place is a coffee shop in Sheraton which is open 24/7. It had decent number of options to choose from. We had pomodoro and chicken biryani. Both the dishes were good. The pomodoro was perfectly made with right amount of sauce. The chicken Biryani served in a pot was also good with ample quantity for 2 people.
Excellent food , staff and entertainment. The person serving us always asked if we need anything when he came to our table to serve , no unnecessary fuss . I personally loved the chocolate cookie provided with the coffee :)
The food is good. Service was a little slow. Who serves pasta without bread -_- Overall: A good place to meet people and chill over dinner. I've been coming here not regularly but quite often since past 2 yrs and only yesterday's experience was unsatisfactory.
My first time in Link, there are not many options to eat. Whatever I ordered from the menu weren't available and had to settle for things that were available. Their service was very slow. Experience was way below expectations.
We had a lovely couple of nights at the Link Cafe where we enjoyed happy hour and snacks. We were especially impressed with the service Suvan provided. He was tireless in ensuring we had everything we needed. I appreciated the service of the restaurant staff, especially the person at the juice counter. Mr. Lokhnath was especially helpful. The service at the bar was also good & helpful.
Ordered food today, waited for almost hour and food never came,. Neither waitress is hd any idea and how much time it's going to take. Other than keep telling us 10mins. Finally we left without eating Which Star hotel will need 45 mins to make a simple soup? Sad part is, there is just one waitress for almost 15 tables. And nobody will bother to take order or serve water unless asked for too
