The worst customer service ever. Cant even get the sales peolple to see logic while explaining what you need. Plus solid they cant provide the service/garment/style you are requesting for, they end up shouting at you. I wonder why anyone would open such a shop. I have been to this shop thrice the last one year. And not once have I received what I needed. And not once have I seen another customer there. No wonder actually because I have never seen such terrible service in any other store.
I was in the area and visiting and walked into the Linen club looking for ready-made gent's shirts. I am a big man and they did not carry shirts my size but the salesmen were quick to help me select the best colors I wanted and to have them tailored to my liking. The in-house tailor is very professional and knows what he's talking above. Indeed a very positive experience. Will recommend it to anyone with a discerning taste.
