Lime-Villa homestay for bed and breakfast - Home Stay in Varanasi, Bhitti - Varanasi, India

Property is very well developed. Best it's on banks of Ganga river. Only thing is not properly maintained. So many places repair required. Specially cleaning not proper in rooms, Ants and cobwebs are there everywhere. Even in dinning room. Best part of this place is the hospitality by Reeta. She is the best as a host. Good food. Only the owner has a attitude problem. Which he has to change. As guest are most important thing in hospitality business. Need approach road to be improved. Little far from the main mandir and ghats. Little expensive as well. But a quite place to stay.

I'm coming back here to leave a review after 3 years, this place was that memorable to me. Reeta & her family & staff are some of the most accommodating & kind people we met on our yatra back in March of 2020. The complex is set between the high road out of Varanasi & the Ganga, it's removed enough from the hustle & bustle to make the property very tranquil & relaxing. Every morning I was out running along the river & would return to a wonderful paratha breakfast made by Reeta & her colleague. Everything we needed was provided by her & her family, I have rarely felt this well looked after while traveling & I dream of returning here again for a visit.

Cleanliness was an issue... There were ants in the room and spider webs in chairs and stairs.... Only one lady was available during the day so staff needs to be increased. We had to wait for a long time even for one glass of baby' s milk...food was quite expensive... Room was decorated properly but not cleaned properly... Location was a bit far from the main Kashi Vishwanath temple...

This property is brilliant on multiple accounts: Awesome location - away from hustle and bustle and yet right on the river bank. One can take a boat and visit the ghats. This is v near to the highway also. Great ambience - sitting area on a sprawling garden with great view of the river Nice hospitality - The hosts are v caring and food is home-cooked. Definitely would stay again.

Right next to NH19, this property is located on the bank of the Ganges. I got a river facing room and it was an amazing experience. The owners are very friendly and would make you feel at home. Good healthy food. They have parking in their premise. A great value for money. The approach to the premise is a bit rough but the owner himself came and helped me to reach. I would visit again for sure.

Special thanks to Anju aunty who is a great person. God bless her. The location is near to Ganga Ghat. Awesome place. Full of greenery and if you just sit in the lawn you will feel sooo good and relax. The help lady Mrs Anju is soo good and cooperative. The food which you will get is what she cooks in the kitchen. So you will get home made food and a homely feeling. The sunrise and sunset looks soo beautiful from the lawn. The cost is 3000 for three person which I felt a bit on high side. If you are transiting dont go there. Cleanliness was not good. Dusting and floor mopping wasnt done properly.

Based on the reviews and location we decided to stay at Lime-Villa Guest House during our Delhi - Kolkata road trip on 11th June 2022. And we had a pathetic time during our one night stay. Firstly we reached around 7 O'clock and decided to stay, but they refuse to serve dinner for the night. Same accepted by us and we manage to survive through our stocks. Secondly, all of sudden Split AC of the concern room stop around 10: 30 pm and after several try from owner side, it doesn't work any more. Then we were offered (by the owner itself) another room at around 11 pm at night. And we happily shifted to other room (leaving our belongings at old room), hopping that rest of the night will go well, after a long drive from Delhi to Varanasi. But something else was written in our luck and the 2nd room Window AC was also faulty and stop working with in 15 minutes of running. And more over the plumbing system of the rooms are so bad that the wash basin taps and WC Cistern don't get the water pressure even at ground floor level. And I got answer from owner, that because of the voltage fluctuation this happen. But I found other's room AC s were running fine and more over lights are stable. And all AC s were connected through stabilizer. And, now when I gone back and checked some old reviews, found the similar problem happen in the past. Most unfortunate part is that knowing the fact, owner offered me same rooms (May be other rooms were occupied). Basically, AC units being installed long back and they are running in out of gas and that's way it stop working. So, my only concern is that reviews don't show the correct picture. Story behind the screen something else. And I devoted my time to write the review, hoping that future travelers will not suffer the same. Thank you
