We had really terrible experience staying at Lime Tree Hotel. Bathroom was ridiculously dirty, taps has leakage, bedsheets/towels/pillows were all dirty & ripped conditions, all amenities were out of order, warm water was available just for few hours in the day. Food, tea and basic requirements were 3times more costlier than the market. No sense of cleanliness, hygiene or comfort. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially when you're traveling with kids & family.
Hotel Needs well Experience Staff, No punctuality, I already told them to bring breakfast right on time still daily dealy in breakfast. They just providing the Laundry service with no management. I got my clothes back after 3 days. Cleanliness needs to improve. No person on reception to take the calls of Guests (experience multiple times).
Value for money. The room is clean and on one of the busiest road in Jamnagar. Has close proximity to railway station and also has food joints nearby if anyone wants to explore. Location on the map is incorrect, this place is closer to Suzuki showroom like mentioned in the address. Rooms are small but have all the amenities required - mirror, wardrobe, clean toilet, complimentary water, hot water tea and coffee making equipment in the room. I like the bed . Now things I would suggest the guests to remember is that the staff may not necessarily be helpful. Although I was there only for a day I felt were not helpful or welcoming - no help in handling baggage in spite of senior citizens around. Looks like they like sleeping and I could not get help from them until it was 7-45 am.
