Lime Fitness definitely is one of the finest gyms in Chengalpattu, what attracted me the most is how convenient this gym is for women. The trainers, Saravana and Vinoth are very friendly and help us without any hesitation whenever we require or ask. I have availed personal training and my PT, Saravana is by far one of the best PTs I've come across, he is highly knowledgeable in the fitness domain and clears all my doubts related to workouts and diets, with at-most interest and personalises workouts based on my strength and goals. Moreover the trainers make sure to motivate us whenever we need that little push. I highly recommend this gym to everybody in and around Chengalpattu who are looking to start their fitness journey!

Well maintained and great gym in Chengalpet. Personal training provided here by Mr. Vinoth is amazing. He motivates you to push yourself to become the best version possible. On top of that, he also encourages you to be consistent and maintain discipline in your efforts. Personal diet plan is also provided here according to specific needs.
