Hard to get to even with our Indian driver. They could use signs showing the way in from the road. Beautiful building and ambiance. Taj Mahal style inlaid precious and semiprecious stones inlaid into marble. Good vegetarian breakfast.
It's a very nice hotel with heritage style exterior and interior set up as well. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. Hotel has variety of rooms from single bed room to family rooms. The restaurant servers multicuisine dishes. Big lobby, very big lawn for marriage functions and a swimming pool too.
If you are choosing this hotel,
DO NOT TAKE BUFFET in your PACKAGE.
I have taken Dinner and Breakfast Buffet, but it wasn't worth it.
This is a typical 2/3 Star Hotel.
Please stay away from this hotel.
It's like a dometray u will feel that u r staying in dharamshala.

Great service. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast is worth it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only issues I had were the noise from the next door banquet hall. I went on a weekend during wedding season so there is nothing the hotel staff could do, they did change my room the second night and it was alot quieter. There is also a dirty smell that sometimes comes into the rooms due to the City having above ground sewage system. The staff sprayed air freshener to elevate the problem. I would recommend going to the night market near by at the Jal Mahal. Overall great stay.
Awesome place, very near to Amer and Jal Mahal. The secret sauce to this place is great food and you get Authentic Korean Cuisine.
The staff is good and helpful.. the rooms were decent .. but the breakfast was extremely opposite.. the worse i have had in my stays across various categories in last so many years. There was hardly any options .. and what was offered was far from being edible .. the 2 stars is only for the staff
I had a great experience at this heritage hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly. Room was decently sized, clean, everything you need. Only minor inconvenience was the smell of sewage coming from outside the hotel sometimes.
