Single person handling all services. Hotel is good but not maintained well. No room services. The food is good/ok hav both rice and rotis.

What can i say about this hotel. From stay to service, to location to food to the owner.. the experience is unbelievable. A great place for bikers. The best part about the hotel is the owner itself. The most humble and throughout available guy is the owner. A gem of a person. And again food, lovely. Went with my friends and it was a awesome stay here. Just beside the hotel there's a petrol pump, fuel up and start your journey. We booked duplex room and what a design man. Lovely. Wooden floor, it has a different vibe altogether. Go for it. You gonna come back again for sure.
I visited on 16 to 19 june , the food was amazing and best in manali. The decor was awesome . Few issues like Housekeeping was careless and the service staff need to be trained on how to talk to customers. Loved the DJ availability and danced lot.Hope hotel improves on Housekeeping and delivery timings and keep more staff.
Very poor administration. I visited there last week, no toiletries were provided(not even water bottles). Staff was rude, maybe because they were overbooked at that time. They even denied me to provide WiFi access. Food taste and quality was below average. Better book some hotel near Mall road, as this one is like 1.5km away(that too steep).
Good Property but can be made much better with petty improvement areas which does not cost much. Due to lot of demand probably the management of many such hotels do not look at Gaps which are fundamental. But things can change in future.

Very bad experience with this hotel , management staff is so irresponsible... Reception persons talk arrogantly . They don't care about your feedback . If there is option for no star , i will go with it . Don't book this hotel , they don't need customers which shows from there behavior.. One more thing about food , which is very much bad . They only give limited atoms in veg and in non veg only chicken . And for more atoms u need to pay
