Please be cautious when you are coming here to sell old gold or silver. I came here today to sell a silver coin and when quoted a price, asked for time to think about it and exited the shop for a bit. When I returned to the shop again they quoted a lower price, when questioned why they ended up saying the price fluctuates as the market is volatile. Very bad experience, have faced a similar experience with them in the past, so made it a point this time to create awareness about the same and post a review.

Worst experience in diamond jewellery product. I have purshased a product in 2015 a diamond ring which cost me around 10500 and today when I went to sell it at the same shop he gave me only 7500. Wherein same time I went at Om jewellers and TBZ they almost gave me 120% of the value. The employees were not even aware about the calculation. Old man said 6800 where the second person says 7500.

The worst shop for jwellery in Borivali, they just please customer until you purchase products from their all sweet talks, giving water and soft drinks to customer, that's it. They are aware we Indians just need additional benefits in which they plays their game. I purchased a ring for wedding, it's been 6 months now a part of ring got open, I went their they took additional money for fixing that stating karegari ka pay karna padega, also I saw many names in other reviews as well this lady name bina and all, don't know how to talk to customer, she talks keeping her voice up while purchasing I just sunao her nicely. There is no proper after sales service, go their on your own risk. I would suggest option out and go for other shop.
Avoid buying from this shop. I had an extremely unpleasant experience. Bought two rings with customised design, was charged service fees + GST in the final bill amount which was mentioned during booking, but what was absolutely not mentioned was the hidden charges for CAD design. During billing they charged Rs 1400+3% GST for CAD which was very unexpected. On confrontation, it was understood that this was slipped intentionally and this is a common practice in the store.
Extremely bad experience, for the first time in my life has this happened with me involving gold accessories. First of all the staff has zero respect towards their customers, if complained about the low quality jewellery which breaks in every two days they stand up to argue. Secondly, the duration for which the gold accessories last for is very less. My bracelet which I had bought from this shop barely lasted for a week. Also I had gifted the same bracelet to a friend of mine who didn't even have the experience of wearing it for two days as the moment she touched it, the bracelet literally broke in her hands.A Very shameful experience for me because of this shop. On top of that took me an entire month for the shop to repair a simple gold bracelet and when argued they refuse to give me the product without charging extra. So, Be very careful when buying gold products in this shop.
