USP of this hotel is good service. Facilities are not the best but not bad either. This place is value for money. Good food and hygiene is priority for the staff. Quiet place amongst residential location and hence place is suitable for business or family stay. Parking spots are less. Ambience is good. On the whole, recommended place for business or vacation stay.

Best staff, best food, best service!!! I just loved everything about this place. They have a very warm and welcoming front desk staff who are ready to help you in any and every situation, the housekeeping staff who are always energetic and take initiative to come and ask for a room cleanup even before you need to dial. Now some may think it's maybe too much but I love how the guest doesn't have to see a dirty room for him to call and ask the housekeeping to clean it, the service staff at the restaurant is always smiling, ready to serve you the most delicious food made by the kitchen team. It's also beautiful to see how they go by their daily work with the utmost team spirit. And I can't really explain how much purpose driven Tamara Leisure Experiences, their parents brand is towards sustainability. Their entire aim is to provide sustainable luxury and trust you will find examples in every nook and corner of how they do that! Just amazing! Loved all the properties I wish I could take a few names and thank them for the support at the hotel but trust me, each and every staff member is equally helpful and kind hearted!!!

Great location..tasty food cooking and served daily.entire staff very helpful.extra ordinary skill people.. Definitely I'll be back with more friends. This hotel is very safe,warm staff and very secure.. looking forward for my next booking .Thank you.

for the eco friendliness ! They are serving safe drinking water in glass bottles ONLY .... no plastic water bottles anywhere ... Body wash and body lotion are in wall mounted refillable containers ...dental kits are not provided but have to ask if needed .. the lights in the corridors are censor based , so saving power ...kudos to these steps . Very clean hotel . Con- Half of the staff , especially the ones I had spoken to over the phone are kind of curt, not courteous at all . Overall , very happy with the hotel .

Be very careful here. Duplicate/fake reviews on Google, terrible service at the reception, quality of rooms all over the place. We stayed here 7 nights in total. Our first stay here we had a very nice room, no complaints. But when we returned after travel few days later for our last night's stay, we were offered a room with an unclean, recently used toilet. We asked for a different room and were sent to a room where there was a cockroach inside the pillow cover. We then moved to a third room which reeked of pesticide. Appalling conditions. A refund for the last night is only fair.

If things go well, you are in for a great stay. If not, be prepared for incompetent service. We stayed for 7 nights in total and our first stay of 6 nights were near perfect. We checked back in for one more night after a short time away. We checked in late at night, and were first given a room with unclean toilet. Then we were moved to a room with a cockroach. Finally we were given another room, but this one had some kind of pesticide stench. We barely got enough sleep. Next day we paid and checked out. Later when I contacted them asking for a refund for the appalling night, they refused a full refund. I spoke to a certain Brajesh and he said the best they could do was "some discount" on our next stay. I explained to him that I needed a hotel room in Bangalore only under exceptional circumstances and I may never need another hotel to stay in Bangalore. He was unsympathetic, and he continued pressing the point that they didn't find any cockroach in the room. Overall it has been such a harrowing experience with customer service. We also found a few Google reviews which used the exact same words. Surely these are paid/fake reviews.

Beautiful clean and best service hotel within budget. Even minute things are taken care of. It has multi cuisine restaurant, excellent food and great service..Wow really enjoyed, I didn't stayed there, my self was there for 2 day program.. food was top class.. really enjoyed there meal.. hotel is very clean and sure will try to stay in future visit..
