Light House Hotel & Marriage Hall - Hotel in Arambag - Hooghly, India

Rooms are good. As per locality the hotel is best and staff are well behaved. Overall it's good to stay in this location.

It is moderately spacious, suitable for program with 300 people. But the hall doesn't have air conditioning. Also it is not clean and the number of dustbins are very less for large gathering. The dustbins those were present were very small. Location wise it's situated by the road, very convenient.

Great location, this a part of the arambag hotel and resorts chain. The rooms are nice but neglected. The bed sheets could have been cleaner, the toilet was okay. Tv not working. Ac working fine. A budget friendly option, qualitywise hugely inferior to arambagh resorts.

Waste of money, poor service,small bathroom with no exhaust fan,food closed by 10pm and morning tea at 8 am ,no breakfast till 9 am. Rooms not soundproof.hard mattress with rock hard pillows.no basic amenities in the room. Paying 2000 rupees is a big waste.

Very pathetic experience. I stayed in a room of rs 1450 but the ac not working, uncleaned bathroom,no generator, service and food is good. But several reminders didn't solve the issues,free breakfast is only egg toast and tea ,nothing else... basically worthless. Don't go by the looks from the front.

I am writing on basis of my one night stay experience, may be I wrong but what I experienced, the same I am sharing here. I checked in Rs.1800+gst @8:00pm and checked out 9:00am next day. First of all basic cleaning and dusting of room wasn't done, bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. And about mattress it was just likes you were sleeping on floor. No exhaust fans in toilets, no tissue papers. Forget about any complimentary breakfast,WiFi, in this category.

It's ok ok. Mainly visit after a long time for noodles for my daughter. When enter, a table is occupied by 5 person. Rest of the table are empty. When ordered for noodles then i get that from the other table they said the noodles are not great. So i also deny to take. So ordered only chicken pakora. But thats also average.

Bad ever service, they are cheating with customer, you can face hidden charge of unwanted table use, aviode this resturent , total cheating.,wait time to get food 1hr. rude behavior of manager. I specially recommend to avoid this
