I must say Best gym in low budget. Gym timings are morning 6:30am to 11:00am Evening 4:00pm to 10:00pm. On Sunday it will open only in morning. Cardio machines are available & some crossfit equipment is also available. Just one thing, there is no dedicated trainer available. Restroom options are available separately for men & women

This gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer Mr. Rubel, he is eager to help and will to take time with you. Also he understand what you are striving for and get you there and further. This gym has a good atmosphere with the equipments to workout if you are from around Kundalahalli Gate. Plus the charges are also reasonable and cheap.

Very good unisex gym with best training. It's a old school, most affordable gym in kundanhalli area. If you want see output in your body it's the perfect place for you.

Equipment's are perfect wight.it feel to body.when i lift the equipment's and the gym is very clean and clear. The trainer is always help to do work and he will teach how to do. Best gym i found to do work out. the best is in this gym is equipment's

Hi folks, One of the best gym near by this location , trainer is very friendly and his pointing out whenever I'm doing wrong exercise.Rubel sir(gym owner) guiding us very well about fitness(diet plan, protein etc)in WhatsApp group with ASAP reply. Best Gym in the friendly budget. With All necessary equipment for daily exercise. But one thing that you have to do that motivated your self to come daily basis on the Gym.

I joined the gym 1 month ago. The best gym for those who want at low price in this area. Trainer Rubal bro is more professional and friendly. More knowledge in diet and workout for weight gain and weight loss. I am seeing changes in my body within a month. Overall best place for your fitness.

For selecting good gym, this below thing should be the parameter 1. All necessary equipment. 2.Good environment. 3.A good trainer. 4. Motivated gym mate. 5. A person who will give you inspiration. I checked out so many big gym, but every where cost is high or trainer has family pack. I totally confused how they will train me. But when i came to this gym all above parameter is fulfilled and gym trainer has not only good physique, he is also a good motivator.
