Worst hospital of raipur. Unprofessional staff.. doctorss are careless, never ever recommend to anyone. Kitna b serious case ho doctor to bhai apne time se aega aram se. They don't even listen to patient, nurses are so rude , icu m group bnake batein krti rahengi aur patient ki sunti ni.. Sonography k liye icu patient ko ye log without any proper care 10km dur leke jate hai.. inke khud k pas koi facility nahi h. ( zero rating for this hospital but they don't accept review without rating) Itna bura experience raha hai Whoever read this review, i request you NEVER VISIT THIS HOSPITAL.

Great experience as a first time. The staff is professionally trained and were all very friendly and helpful. I especially liked how.really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital. They ensured I had a smooth treatment. I would like to share my part of contribution towards the hospital on behalf of my father for whom we are here for the treatment. Right from the entry due to the Covid, each and every protocol were followed by every staff, Nurse's, & Doctors and all others in the hospitality. The doctor was in touch with us every single morning monitoring all the parameters. I really liked it a lot cos it was not only his part but he would also explain about the other doctors input as well who were all treating my father. The gentleness and the treating nursing staff has overwhelmed by making my dad to stay positive to every situation. My father admitted in life worth hospital. Cured within two days. Nurses given me very much care and good treatment and doctors are very supportive. Management is also very good and responsive. In this covid pandemic situation,they are sanitizing regularly. And treating the attender with good respect. I am well satisfied with their services. I am admit under Dr.Arun kedia sir. He is good consultant . He explained very clearly about the condition of the patient and further treatment and precautions. Worst hospital & diagnostic center. They gave me incomplete report of 2D Eco Cardiography. Upon following up for the 3rd time, the lady receptionist told me to come again (with the patient) and talk to the doctor and do repeat the test as the report was not saved in their system! Avoid this hospital at all cost for any test/treatment.
