Gym has affordable fees. Also it is very spacious and properly ventilated .On top of that the gym trainer is very amiable .He guides people regarding the usage of different equipments in a very easy way.

Best part of the gym is that they do not recommed any protein powders or weight gainers or other such things to their clients , which i most of the time see in other gyms . Noticed one thing in this gym , while other gym trainers Let you on the treadmill and crosstrainer or on cycle whole the time does not bother much until you took personal training from them ; but here is different trainers of lifetime gym without any pt encourage to do more body weight exercises , abs and core , and other strength exercises which eventually increases my strength and stamina. Really impressive
