Sugar Eye brow pen I bought on 24th Sep 2023 was originally not available in stores. At the billing counter the lady rushed to offer me saying she found one piece. When I refused to buy it since it was opened she said she opened it just to show me. Sadly it was a used sample piece she conveniently sold me as a fresh piece. After 3 uses it turned dry. Ideally it should last 4 months on regular use.
Beware of being conned for bigger things. I got cheated for just Rs 499. Others could take bigger losses.
Since it was the 1st time in years, I approached customer service. They turned down resolution saying it was used by me 3 days. They sell used products and claim this. How cool is it?
Westside on the contrary would have exchanged even 1 wash clothes if they run out color. Which I have seen in stores myself. Probably Tatas mean service.
The only lifestyle in mysore . But all employees are extremely arrogant in the female clothing section. The home centre employees are the only humble people. Billing section is also extremely inefficient. Even if you pinpoint their issues they just laugh at you.. better off shopping at shoppers stop or westside.
I was glad to do shopping at faces Canada outlet n staff by name KAMAkSHI helped us to do our purchasing easily .very polite n good at her work .
One of the counter staff also gave us good support.
