Lifestyle as a brand has its own reputation. The store in phoenix Mall tries is good enough in terms of the collections they have and hosting varieties of brands. I purchased from Men, women, and kids sections. The collections are huge and decent. The staff at the counters are also good. There are 2 suggestions to this outlet. 1. Try increasing the number of trial rooms or allow only a limited number of clothes inside because the waiting time in the queue near the trial room is testing our patience. 2. Billing. One of the focus areas for this outlet. Especially on weekends. We have limited billing counters and again the wait time is high here.

Lifestyle stores has been a preferred place for shopping over many years for us. Lately I've noticed a callous unprofessional attitude from the staff much more than before. The dusting is happening as customers are trying to pick clothes. Loud chatting across different isles by the staff. There were at least 20 or perhaps more staff around the floor but we had to keep waiting and calling for help even for picking out a different size. Overall the store upkeep, the way things were placed and arranged also did not give a good vibe. The trial rooms have storage boxes lying around. The experience was sadly so negative that it kind of made me think, I am better off shopping in stand alone stores. 4 of us, women who wanted to actually shop and buy something couldn't find a single outfit, Indian or western that we thought was nice. It felt like no effort was made in stocking different styles or designs. There were a lot of clothes definitely but nothing felt 'wow this is nice, let me try' . Feedback in the hope that something is done to make things better.

I visited the lifestyle in phoenix Mall and I was highly offended by the way one of the employees judged me and my friend when we inquired about the sizes. She purposely stated the price of the dress, looked up and down at us and asked if we were "okay" with the price of the dress. My friend and I were immediately thrown off by her insinuation. It didn't occur to us to ask her name but I genuinely think that employees must be kept in line and should also keep their thoughts to themselves.

Worst customer care service... and whether it's on weekends or weekdays there will only be 1 or max 2 person in the billing counter and they will act like they are doing us customers a favour by billing it after waiting for at least half an hour to just be billed .. don't know why they have so many billing counters if only 1 or 2 is going to be functional ..worst attitude of the whole staff .. better go to other stores in the mall or just buy online

As a regular of shoppers stop this is my first major experience at lifestyle. First glance huge selection of men's women's and kids clothing and accessories. All major brands available. Pricing is comparable to competing stores. They run some offers which gives good bargains (keep checking the lifestyle stores website for regular uodates). Courteous staff genuinely showing interest in assistance. Will come back for more

Really worst billing experience everyone would have faced be it any day, having 10 billing machines is fine where is the manpower? The bill person name called Vignesh who speaks very rudely to the customers and doesn't know how to do billing or talk to customers, he treated me very bad, how can you hire such a person? Just sending feedback messages are fine, but when will you really take the feedbacks and start implementing them? After multiple times and provided feedback's, i could only say never ever will come to the store, Worst experience kindly avoid if you want peace while exiting the shop or the bill counter will make sure you will get pissed and the mental peace goes Kindly avoid

This used to be my go to store for years! The quality is still the same yet the collection in my recent visits have gone down drastically! I was terribly disappointed with the staff in the billing section as she showed her personal emotions to me as a customer! The staff who did the Steam ironing stained the new top which was disappointing and terribly!

I had very bad experience today about this store at Phoenix Market City, Velachery. I purchased an earring, the staff billed for it, I payed the money but he didn't give me the product. I purchased for more than 12000 rupees products today. So, I didn't check all the products after the bill. I thought he had put all products carefully inside the bag. After I left the mall, I discovered the earring is not there. Surprisingly, there is no way to contact the store, no contact number given.
