I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Lifestyle store in Faridabad's Pebble Downtown Mall. The wide selection of clothing left me spoilt for choice! The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. I found stylish and high-quality clothes that perfectly matched my taste. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I left the store with a big smile on my face. I'll definitely be returning for more shopping adventures at this wonderful store!

I went to the Kay Beauty section to understand my concealer shade. 4 attendants came rushing, but all of them stated its a company policy to not tell shades. Apparently, they can only tell shade when you buy (which I would anyway know after buying). Its appalling since by this logic Lifestyle shouldnt allow clothes trial as well if we are not buying them. I could have lied at first place, could have tried 100 things and left. But I went explicitly that I want to know just my concealer shade. I have went numerous times to Sephora, Bobbi Brown and MAC (both at Nykaa and their respective stores) and never once this has happened. This is bizarre.

I bought 2 polo T- shirts cloth of both of them stretched in length and width . So it became unwearble on checking up from the respective store. I have received a very casual response that it is not possible , on checking up about Manager they said that he is on leave . On checking up Mgr email I'd/ mobile no response received that they can't share it as it is not allowed . On writing a mail response received is we have a policy of 1 month exchange . I intimated them that my complaint is on substandard clothing of Polo brand they replied casually that it's not possible. I told them that they should take the stand with their customers only as inferior quality cloth is sold from their store . On asking senior official life style number they didn't share their number / email I'd. So I request all my fellow country men don't buy any stuff from them as lifestyle store Fbd buy substanard cloths from brands and sells to customers .

It very very expensive from other places starting price 1000 thousand rupees to 5000thousand . Please avoid Buying Clothes in Mall . Save your Hard earn money. I hope you Understood.

My experience was not good because of below reasons 1. Overpriced 2. Discount label was not proper. Causing confusion 3. If you want to return their is no refund you actually have to buy something for the same amount and that is from the selected item.
