Shopping place. Food court is closed. A fitness center is working on the 3rdfloor. Well kept and clean area. A small snack shop is working on the ground floor. Besides that a man is setting and drawing live picture. They a good park6 area and changes are responsible.

The staff were friendly in helping me find the right makeup products however a lot of them were out of stock since they were transferred to forum mall. Ladies festive collection has the most prettiest sets

An excellent store. Neat, availability of almost all super brands, good offers, vacant trial rooms, spacious, and neatly arranged stuff. Cant say very cheap. Persuasion by the staff is little bit annoying. Overall very good experience.

Visit the Lifestyle at ground floor for good dress in reasonable price. The whole mall is a package. Parking fee may be refunded if you show receipt of purchase from food court or Go Kart racing. . They have women's clothing in ground floor and men's on the above floor. Many brands outlet is present.

Mr.Joseph Mathew, Store Manager, Lifestyle Store, Grand Mall, Edapally Jn, Kochi I write to Inform you that I'm a valued customer of Lifestyle at Kochi and also at your stores in the Middle East. I was thoroughly disappointed with an incident I experienced at your Lifestyle Store at Grand Mall, Edapally where I had gone to make a purchase of a crockery item to be gifted on an occasion on 20th August at around 1 Pm. While browsing for a suitable item for gifting, I noticed a set of crystal glasses on one of the shelves and while viewing the item, I noticed that there was no price tag of the item. I called for a shop assistant's help and while we were together searching for the price line, my hand accidentally touched another item, an acrylic service tray on the display shelf that fell off and got damaged. While checking out my purchase order, I was approached by one Mr.Ashish of your store seeking compensation for the damaged item valued at Rs.799/=. I tried to explain that it was an accidental damage and there no deliberate intent on my part to bring g about the loss to the store. I also explained that I was a valued customer to Lifestyle and that it was an accident for which I duly apologised but all my pleas fell on deaf ears and was to no avail. Upset at the behaviour & adamance of the staff in making recovery of costs in compensation of the damage, I offered to pay for the damaged item in full. After making payment for the damaged acrylic service tray, I was shocked to find that the concerned staff had conveniently disposed the damaged item even after my requesting it to be packed for me since I had paid for the same. I find it humiliating and downright insulting for a renowned hone store such as yours, to stoop so low in delivering customer satisfaction and this incident, following several other similar instances have convinced me that your store is not somewhere where I would enjoy a good shopping experience. I'm sure this is not the kind of feedback your store founder, Mr.Micky Jagtiani or founding family would have expected to receive. I leave you to ponder on this incident and take corrective steps for the benefit and growth of your store's popularity amongst shoppers.
