Good place for shopping though we found the collection with a little less variety. They do have number of brands that you can choose from. Levi's Code USPA USpolo Van Huesen....to name a few. It's situated on the first floor of the mall. They have 2 sections connected by the escalator internally. Lower section is for Men and the upper one is for women. Overall an okay experience.
My two stars is for their cs team. Their customer service team is never on desk. I waited for 10 minutes and they were busy god knows doing what, other employees who were at the billing desk doing nothing did not even bother to check. And after collecting my altered product they said we don't give bag you will have to buy again.. common guys this is heights of acting cheap and saving money. Not cool atleast check the bill amount before taking such decision.
Good quality of products overall good but need to train the staff on helping behaviour with smilling face.

Yesterday i have visited, Ms.Prachi ( Jockey) not attended properly . the knowledge of brand is zero. Very rude behaviour. She was busy in gossip when i have ask for help. Very bad experience.
