Always a great experience at lifestyle. Most recently (26.11.23) Mr. Sateesh was a great help in finding a couple of shoe sizes that were not available on display but were showing up on the online store.
Too bad. I never faced any issue with lifestyle purchases but recently I had bought a dress for my sister as her bday gift. I was in a hurry while buying the dress .after gifted it ,my sister saw that the dress had a damage near hands part. I went to return it but the staff denied to accept it for exchange.so I kept a mail for the help desk and in the mail it was told to go to the same lifestyle store and check with the staff.the help desk isn't even responding properly.tooo bad and worst
Worst, most of the cloths are steamed and re-stocked, also do sent matter how much you buy, you will have to pay for carrying bags even paper ones.
Billing staff is very bad.they are taking personal number and torchering for feedback and they are calling many times...i will never visit life style in sarath city mall again...bad experience...
They're not deserved to get not even 1 star. Not doing an exchange, a mistake from the guy in the cash counter, worst services. So far I and my wife bought more than 2 lakhs worth of clothes in lifestyle. The store manager and head are cunning and don't want to help customers. I talked to customer support, she said the manager will help me when I explained the situation. But the manager is not willing to do anything Will never go to this store again
Worst staff they need training how to behave with costumers they not doing exchange brand persons ND customer care person every one use to argue with customers they don't call store manager they only decide staff created their own rules if 50% off no exchange handbags no exchange
Worst experience of purchasing a product here. Got broken within one month and not replacement or repaired. When raised compliant, they didn't respond for a month. Bad customer service. Rude behavior by the bags section staff. Please don't visit this store
I have done UPI payment which was successful but the cashier says that it failed and asked me to do card payment. Money was deducted from my bank. So he just took the transaction I'd and told it will be returned to me. But till now it's not yet received. Fraud staff. Paid double amount because of him.
