Their collections are latest and contemporary with reasonable rates but their service is very bad due to just 3 billing counters ad just 3 trial cabins. It is very time consuming and a frustrating experience to try out and then buy.
Very unorganized and unprofessional. Happened to purchase a blazer on weekend - they committed that post alteration the blazer shall be ready for pickup the next day, even the next day of the committed date, there is no update. When I called the customer helpline, he suggested that you have to visit the store and check - what is the point of technology (and where is customer service) if customer has to travel 12-15 kms to check status of clothes readiness...
Horrible horrible experience, the staff is rude. They scam you by selling the edge membership, and don't mention the real terms & conditions ( which is in fine print) Never going back
