The store in itself has a good collection but a pretty bad management. They sell their membership by deceit and do not provide the right information to customers. I was asked to take membership and I repeatedly asked if the birthday month discounts would be applicable to the current bill. Once the bill was generated and I questioned about the same again, I was told it wasn't their policies for it to be applied in the same bill since my membership isn't activated. Again this was never told to me. When I asked to cancel the membership, I was told they can't because the membership is activated. I heard so many contradictory comments. When I asked to see a manager, someone pretended to be one. I had to ask additional questions, and then was revealed that he was infact not the manager. The manager came in and kept explaining how it's not in their policies and no one does it. Well, it's on them to provide customers with all the information instead of assuming their policies are known to the entire world. There is no way I'll know about their policies unless they tell me. In the end, I realized that not only are they wasting my money, they are continuing to waste my time. Please be careful and do not sign up for any membership offered by them!

I have been a regular at lifestyle and so far purchased from the lakme and sugar section but today i tried the Maybelline section and the staff positioned there were utterly rude and disinterested. I asked for my shade for the foundation they denied to tell me the shade also. This is the very first time i experienced such denial from any makeup brand outlet. Disappointed.

Coupons and offer prices are not applied correctly. I had 20 % offer coupon for Birthday month. But, it was applied 20 % for few items and 10 % for another items.

I have enrolled for Lifestyle membership on 21 August 2023 n the person who sold me membership he said I will get 10% discount on my every purchase regardless brand, n 20% discount on my Birthday month. After bought this membership with 499/- . I shopped from Lifestyle on 4th September 2023 n asked fro the Birthday Month Discount as My Birthday falm on 9th September n the person in billing informed me that my Birthday month discount is ticket has not been issued yet n it will be issued after 9th September 2023, so I let it go, now today 15th September 2023 I went to shop n asked for my Birthday month discount, an to my shock the billing person informed me that no discount ticket has been issued on my membership as it's showing membership (not only my 20% Birthday month discount also normal 10% discount is also not issued) So what exactly going on, is Lifestyle's employees are unprofessional, lazy to work n incapable to work or is it a regular practice of Lifestyle store to robe people with lies or make fool of customers

All brands under one roof or 3 floors to be precise. Good quality and choices but with reasonable pricing.

Very poor customer service I was looking for a Ginger product and the size I wanted wasn't available at Inorbit lifestyle When asked which stores will it be available, I was informed that they don't have any such data I checked at Viviana mall , same answer Online shopping, same answer. Tried reaching them on phone , same answer Can anyone believe that it s possible in today's world with so much digitalisation It is basically that lifestyle not interested in sales and I have decided never to shop with them

Only one counter open on a Sunday. What a pathetic service. Customers waiting in queue for more than 40mins. Staff not willing to help. Never expected such service from a good brand. Lifestyle Oberoi mall, Goregaon, Mumbai.
