This Lifestyle at Phoenix Mall is an average shopping destination. The offers in Lifestyle are not that much attractive. Long ques and less staff. Even for the exchange you have to wait for so long. People have wait for so long for billing. Less billing Staff. Bad Customer Service. Not Customer Centric. The staff behaviour is not so polite. Only Limited brands are there but quality is good. Be careful while purchasing accessories like Watches, Sun Glasses etc. Exchange process is very complicated and staff doesn't co-operate easily. One good point is there that the quality is better than the Lifestyle Mall near MG Road , Pune. Overall, an average shopping mall which needs lot of improvement and things to work upon.
Lifestyle is a wonderful store for shopping. Nice and cozy atmosphere. Seating arrangements, trial room, escalator, Billing desk etc. is here. Ample stock is available for Mens, Women's, kids. You will get Shirt, T Shirt, Shorts, Socks, Shoes, Perfume, Belt, Bag, suitcase, Lingerie and many more items of various Brands here. Christmas discount is also going on. Staff members are very cooperative and helpful. Card payment is accepted here. Price is comparatively reasonable.
The store is becoming increasingly expensive every year.. The prices of some of the gift items have almost doubled in last one year. the variety is also limited. I would prefer online shopping compared to lifestyle.
Nice store with plenty of options for everyone, attentive staff and good range. We bought some watches as gifts and were happy with the discounts on branded international ones.
The key is you get to see all major brands under one roof and the offers, designs to compare. Helpful staff. Lifestyle have some new brands, which I find value for money and good quality products.
Super annoying place to buy perfumes .infact the perfume section is filled with annoying salesperson waiting for you to urchase anything...don't know what exactly lifestyle trains them to do at work but they do end harassing people for some commission on each sale.
Whenever you are visiting lifestylestores definitely the clothes are little bit expensive but surely they have that quality so it is great value for money.
