To put it simply, wonderful! Has dedicated floors for cosmetics, men's apparel, women's clothing and kid's dresses. Be it ethnic, western or fusion, the collections are enticing to say the least. The salespeople are extremely helpful and friendly. Recommended 10/10
I really like the store but the only problem is there are too many staff constantly approaching you and suggesting products which is very annoying. When I'm browsing for a product, they come in front of you and stand very close. Makes me uncomfortable. I know the intention is right which is to give good customer service but seems like they are trying too hard. I wanna shop in peace and when I will need help I will call for help. Thank you.

Everything you needed is under one roof. So it is a good place for shopping.Product quality of the items are average. But one can exchange the items.
Very bad store and they are worst at customer service. They do not give quality products, they sell bad and do not even help customers if they ask for any query or service.

Piyush kanti das is horrible service at bossini....he made me wait for just a carry bag for half an hour...he asked for Rs.12..although i was paying...ultimately he did not provide me a bag....very dissappointing...

A great and big mall in South Kolkata. Various brands are available here.There is everything from game zones for kids to cinema halls to dining areas each and everything is there.Food court is also very big and a lot of options are available to eat.
The place to visit for fab India and even more important for organic India products .
They have a hidden shop in shop in the store.
The cafe is closed ...and they plan to leave it for now.
