I find lifestyle store at Malad West the best store to buy clothes. Whenever there is sale going on over there I get to buy from the best brands at affordable rates. No other store offers such variety in clothes so my first stop during sale period has always been lifestyle malad store. You can shop in peace and no one bothers you while you are shopping. Love the shopping experience.
Lifestyle Team I would like to bring to your notice that your staff like Arvind Rao are exceptional in terms of customer service and delight. They help the customer right from beginning to the end that helps your business grow. He understood the requirements and made me buy some 17 clothes yesterday. Despite overflow of customers, he maintained the smile on his face.
Worst service ever. When I brought this sunglasses the staff told he will fix and give me but it didn't last and when i checked the bill yesterday i got to know the exchange date was just till 3 july 2023. Soo bad service.
It's nice place for shopping, snacks and also there are games for childs as well as adult's. So u can enjoy and spend your time well. I'll post the photos of Games section soon.
Professional and Polite Staff at Inorbit Mall, Malad West . They have good product knowledge and are very Helpful. The store is only one level but the Experience is better than Shopper's Stop.

Visited this store a month ago and had a horrible experience for below reasons- 1. They have internal lift to come down and go on the above floors. Time was approx. 8.30 pm when me and my friend used that lift to go to the ground floor, suddenly the lift got stuck and the lights went off, luckily after 2-3 mins it got on and we were out of that. While I understand this was a technical glitch but my point is why to have a lift instead of elevator which is much more safer. 2. The staff/salesperson who were managing the female footwear section, each and everyone of them were least bothered to ask me if I wanted a help for the kind of footwear I was looking for. I tried approaching few of them, but they seemed least interested to help me, instead they were busy with other high class potential customers. This was the worst Lifestyle store I ever visited so far and would think twice before visiting any even in the future.
