Worst Lifestyle Store in India. For billing you need to wait for more than half an hour because no one at the billing counter and the ladies are busy chit chatting. The Sales person for Lee at the store said pant alteration will take 30min.for one pant. After billing he said it will take around 2hrs and he said 30min.denied that he said 30min. The store manager was not available to meet the customer. I guess he was ashamed of his own team. What a PATHETIC LIFESTYLE STORE!

The store has a lot to offer. Very helpful staff. On my last couple of visits though, only matter of concern was the staff at the billing counter, especially the girls. They seemed least interested with the long queue of clients, and kept chatting with each other. This has now happened on more than one occasion. Wish the management looks into it, otherwise there is surely something drastic bound to happen very soon.
I visited the lifestyle store today to purchase a pair of clothes for my Daughters who are 10 year old twins at the 2nd floor in kids section.. Unfortunately I discovered to my disappointment that No salesperson seemed keen to make a sale. There was no help provided in ascertaining my interest and helping me with suitable options & color combinations...I also found it very insulting to run behind the sales people who r more interested in chit chat among themselves as a group...There needs to be a total ramp up of the sales people attitude towards customer relationship and experience in a store...The current bunch seems just interested in time passing .... I left without buying anything. I wouldn't even rate it 1 if there were worse options. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with basic self respect.

Owning a lifestyle edge membership we were promised priority billing and 10 percent on our 1st purchase which we had taken in november all of it was a SHAM we stood there for 30 minutes to get the offer and the staff couldnt help us at all the main manager being answerable was MR RAJESH CHAUHAN who didnt even care when we said we shall complain among others on the billing counter were kanhu mahaptra and akshay sawan This was an incident that happened yesterday around 10pm We hope strict action shall be taken and we shall get our membership money back or the desired offer DO NOT EXPECT THIS AS LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF LIFESTYLE
Loads of choices and brands in a single location. Fitting rooms are a fair walk from various parts of the store. Kudos for hiring people with hearing disabilities as cashiers. Please make the public aware of this as it makes communication with masks difficult. If customers know that a cashier is used to reading lips, they can bring down their mask at a safe distance and communicate better with the staff member.
