Don't get scammed with EDGE membership on the billing counter. They are lying that we will get an ADDITIONAL 10% discount and other queue benefits. Finally same offer would be present on brand and we will get the same. I needed to spend more than 5000(only after 45 days) to reclaim the membership amount. Edge priority queue will take billing of non edge membership customers also. No use of having an edge membership.
I wouldn't even give one star......worst experience ever........the staff are quite insolent, and keep trash talking about us, they didn't even let us trial dresses because we were being "too loud"! They were judging us and making us insecure. My advice - don't visit this mall, unless you want to feel insecure about your bodies.
As a Lifestyle stores customer for many years, this is literally a request to please pick up your act. The store is being maintained shabbily. There are storage boxes lying around in the trial rooms. The 'Lifestyle' vibe which I have come to love, which is very evident in Bangalore stores, is clearly missing here. We expect the same experience and service across all the stores irrespective of the location since it's the same Lifestyle Brand. Feedback in the hope that something will be done.
